The hotel had great amenities for kids, including a special Kids Menu for family meals. One of the highlights for us was the incredible buffet breakfast with a vast selection, including freshly made items. Our stay with three kids was truly enjoyable!
My kids wished there were more designated areas for playing around the hotel.

The pool was nice and Dina at the reception was really helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. Our room got upgraded on arrival which I didn’t expect at all, it added a nice touch to our stay.
It was pricey, but still acceptable for what we got.

The spacious balcony offered a lovely space to enjoy the stunning views of the Nile at sunset. Housekeeping was excellent, providing fresh towels and water each day. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations with plenty of freshly prepared items to choose from.

Our stay at Hilton was exceptional. The hotel is located in a peaceful Zamalek area with stunning views of the Nile. Upon arrival, we found that our check-in was smooth and efficient, resulting in a generous upgrade to a spacious Ambassador Suite on the 23rd floor. The suite was immaculately maintained, featuring three large bedrooms, balconies, and excellent housekeeping that provided us with fresh bottled water daily. The dining experience at the restaurant also stood out, as we enjoyed flavorful meals with attentive service, while the pool area offered a perfect spot to relax in a scenic setting.
The furniture in the suite was somewhat outdated.
